At some point in our homeschool journey, most of us will deal with homeschool kids who want to go to school. So, let’s take a look at what we can do when the situation arises.
Hello everyone and welcome to episode 51 of the Joyfully Homeschooling podcast. In today’s episode, we will be answering a question from a listener,
Carrie asks,
“I’m about to start my daughter in kindergarten this year. Homeschool has always been the plan since before she was conceived and here we finally are. Problem is she wants to go to school. My heart is torn, I’m not sure what to do”
Another similar question dealt with this only in high school, Mona says,
My daughters cousin is always telling my daughter to “come to public school because she misses out on all the “good stuff” like prom and graduation” I dont mind them comparing, but their conversations usually end up with my daughter and I arguing over public school and I become the world’s worst parent and she hates me.
Oh, dear momma, these are both hard questions. And at some point in our homeschool journey, most of us will deal with homeschool kids who want to go to school.
So, let’s take a look at what we can do when the situation arises.
