Are you interested in literature-based homeschooling? We are chatting this homeschooling method, the importance of quality literature and so much more with Kay Chance.
We are halfway through this series all about homeschool methods. I hope you have enjoyed the series so far. Today I am chatting Literature-Based homeschooling with Kay Chance.
Kay Chance homeschooled her two boys for fifteen years. While teaching them, she discovered a passion for writing and developing curriculum resources. Kay is the co-executive editor of Homeschooling Today magazine, author of the older extensions for the Trail Guide to Learning series, and a freelance writer and content creator. She loves sharing natural learning methods and creative lesson ideas with other homeschooling parents in her column Learning Naturally. She makes her home in Texas with her husband Brian.
In this episode, Kay and I chat amazing books, natural learning methods, the importance of the 3R’s and so much more. I loved that we had read many of the same books with our kids. This episode is particularly helpful for those looking for ideas to keep your teens reading.
